Orders

We begin processing orders the business day after they are placed. Please allow 1-2 business days to process. Once processing is complete, your order will ship from our warehouse. At this time, we can only ship to the 48 contiguous states (excluding Hawai’i, Alaska, and U.S. Territories).

Returns

You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original order date for a refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Visit our contact us page to request a return.

  1. Please follow the instructions to request a return authorization, entering your customer information to locate the order.

  2. Print out the pre-paid return label and return authorization.

  3. Please place the return authorization paperwork inside the return packaging. This will allow for faster refund processing.

Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and original packaging. Please ship returned items to the address on the return authorization form. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Mavii.

Exchanges

If you need a different color or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing the new order ensures that you will receive it quickly and that it won’t go out of stock.

Warranty

All Mavii products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not cover wear and tear due to regular use or airline damage.
